A wonderful 18kt Rose Gold diamond engagement ring. This absolute beauty features a magnificent 1.02ct centre oval stone. The side stones weigh a total of 0.81ct. This centre stone is a beautiful colour D – making it exceptionally colourless and has a clarity of SL1. The side stone on the left is an F colour and has a wonderful VS2 clarity. The other side stone is an E colour and has a clarity of vs2. Nit just an engagement ring – but an heirloom!

Is a laboratory diamond a real diamond?

Yes. A laboratory diamond is a real diamond. The elements that make up a natural diamond are compressed together in a lab to get a diamond. They are exactly the same in composition to a mined diamond except that they are half the price as a mined diamond and protect the environment. There is no real way to tell the difference between a mined and laboratory diamond but it allows couples to invest in a bigger stone within their budget.

Should you choose a laboratory diamond?

It comes down to what you want! Most of our diamond sales are now laboratory diamonds and customers are delighted to receive a bigger stone for their budget or on the other hand happy to save money on a smaller diamond.
