RETURNS POLICY
Regular Stock Items
Regular stock items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for credit note or exchange and proof of purchase is required.
Made to order items
Customised or special orders are approved at each stage by the customer and as such we are only able to accept returns of these items in the event of a manufacturing fault. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Sizing & Repair
Bought within 30days – Returning for Repair
If you purchased your item within 30 days and it has a fault we will repair or replace free of charge and will pay for shipping charges.
Bought outside the 30days – Returning for Repair or Resize
In the case that you are returning an item for repair after the 30 day period - the repair will incur a cost and shipping charges will apply. Please email us for a quote.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with a copy of your receipt and/or your order number, we will respond quickly with instructions on how to proceed.
